Medical Physicist (Allied)

We are seeking a qualified Medical Physicist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical physics, with a focus on radiation oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and expertise in radiation oncology.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality assurance programs for radiation treatments.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Medical Physics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the specialty.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• ABR certification or eligibility is mandatory.

Work Schedule

This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Holiday Expectations

The candidate must be available to work two major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day) and one minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve) during the winter holiday season.
