Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process. This position involves supervising and directing activities of various levels of nursing staff and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

The Registered Nurse will utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment to provide exceptional care while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both patients and team members.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required

Essential Functions

• Collects and analyzes relevant data related to the patient’s health or situation.
• Develops an appropriate care plan that prescribes interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Implements the care plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and ensure safety.
• Evaluates progress towards achieving outcomes and modifies care plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team, including patients and their families, to provide care in a humane and healing environment.
• Provides educational opportunities and health information to patients and family members.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and coordinates the responsibilities of healthcare team members.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
