Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Labor and Delivery to join our team. The successful candidate will engage in various nursing activities within the Labor and Delivery unit, providing exceptional care to patients throughout their childbirth experience.

Schedule

• Preferred start date within the next 4-6 weeks
• Minimum contract length of 13 weeks
• Day shift: 3×12-hour shifts (07:00 – 19:00)
• Block scheduling available

Responsibilities

• Rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, and transition areas, providing comprehensive care to patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the labor and delivery process.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Required certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS, NRP.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
