Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Outpatient Clinic Infusion

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a specialty in outpatient clinic infusion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Administer medications, including IV and blood products, as directed.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records using electronic health records (Epic).
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinic experience.
• Current California LVN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC.
• IV and blood certification.
• Flu vaccination (without declinations or exemptions).

Special Requirements

• Experience with Epic electronic health records is required.
• Ability to float between multiple locations as needed.

Shift Details

This position offers a day shift schedule, working five 8-hour days, with no weekend requirements.
