Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in an acute care setting. This position offers the opportunity to work 36 or 48 hours per week on the day shift and requires previous experience with the EPIC electronic medical record system.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Previous experience in an acute care facility is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC-ALS) certification is required.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and care standards. Specific responsibilities may include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in condition.
• Educating patients and families on health management and preventative care.
