Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patient populations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical nursing role; first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in managing dysrhythmias, central line care and management.
• Proficient in administering IV vasopressors and managing patients on CPAP/BiPAP.
• Competence in caring for ventilated patients and conducting triage assessments.

Work Environment

• Emergency Department setting with a focus on acute care.
• Utilization of unit systems such as Pyxis and Epic for medication and patient management.
• Required to wear navy blue scrubs.

Schedule

• Night shift, working three 12-hour shifts (from 19:00 to 07:00).
• Every other weekend commitment unless otherwise specified.

Additional Information

• Maximum allowable time off (RTO) is 7 days.
• Travel may be required within the facility/scope of practice.
• No call requirements are associated with this role.
• If major holidays occur during the assignment period, a commitment to work on those days may be expected.
• A full compliance process is required to assure timely onboarding; non-compliance may result in delay.
