Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the skills necessary to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the relevant healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-care requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to float within scope as needed to meet department requirements.

Shift Information

• Schedule consists of 3 shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours.
• Shift times are from 13:00 to 01:00.

Additional Information

• Block scheduling options are available.
• Requests for time off (RTO) will be considered during the interview process.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.
