Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Details

Join our dynamic team in the Complex Medical Unit – Acute Care, where you will utilize your nursing skills in a fast-paced environment. We are currently looking for Registered Nurses to fill shifts starting on November 16th and November 30th.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients within the unit.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in a comparable acuity hospital setting.
• Must possess an active, unencumbered RN license in TN or a multi-state license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Cerner EMR experience is mandatory.
• Must pass a basic dysrhythmia interpretation test and medication test during orientation.

Work Schedule

• Night shifts: 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00).
• Every other weekend commitment is required.

• Time off restrictions apply during the holidays; entire weeks off will not be approved, but individual days are negotiable based on staffing requirements.
