Acute Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Tele

We are seeking a qualified Acute Travel Registered Nurse for a position in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with medical-surgical and telemetry patients, providing quality care to individuals with a variety of health concerns.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients receiving medical-surgical and telemetry services.
• Conduct assessments and create care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, specifically in medical-surgical and telemetry.
• Current certifications as required (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
