Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients while adhering to best practice standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs and conditions using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with physician teams to develop effective patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health management and discharge planning.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate health records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification.
• Previous experience in a Telemetry unit is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

Shift Information

This position requires the ability to work a combination of day and night shifts, providing flexibility in scheduling. Shifts are 12 hours long.
