Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse with experience in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will bring a passion for providing high-quality patient care and demonstrate expertise in managing patients who require intermediate-level care.

Shift Details

• Shift: 3×12-Hour Day Shift (07:00 – 19:30)

Patient Ratios

The patient-nurse ratios in the unit typically range between 4:1 to 6:1, allowing for focused and attentive care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing role, preferably in PCU.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIH.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in the PCU, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care and monitoring patient statuses.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educating patients and families on health management and recovery strategies.
