ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ICU RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a critical care environment, supporting both intensive care unit (ICU) and progressive care unit (PCU) settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the ICU and PCU, ensuring safety and well-being of patients.
• Monitor vital signs and manage critical patient needs with precision.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.

Work Schedule

This position requires night shifts of 4×12 hours, from 19:00 to 07:00. Weekends are required based on unit needs. The role may involve floating between units as necessary.

Patient Ratios

Expected nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:2 in ICU and 1:3 in PCU.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Prior experience in an ICU setting is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.

Additional Information

48-hour workweeks are approved for this position.
