Speech Language Pathologist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This position requires a commitment to working collaboratively with patients to improve their communication skills and overall quality of life.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and rehabilitation techniques.

Qualifications

• Current New York State license in Speech Language Pathology.
• Graduate of a college or university accredited by the American Speech and Hearing Association with a degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings.
