Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry to join our dynamic team. This position involves working night shifts and includes essential responsibilities related to patient care and monitoring.

Shift Details

• Type: Night Shift
• Schedule: 4 shifts of 12 hours each (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care in a Med/Surg telemetry unit.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license required.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
