Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) for a rewarding role that supports patient care in a dynamic environment. This position may require floating between multiple units based on the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments to patients.
• Provide exceptional nursing care in accordance with the best practices in oncology.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (Epic).

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
• ONS chemotherapy/biotherapy certification is required.
• Experience with Autologous Stem Cell Transplant and CAR-T therapy patients is preferred.
• Must have a valid vehicle for transportation to various assignment locations.

Work Schedule:

• Work hours: 3 shifts of 12 hours (07:00 – 19:00).
• Weekends are required every other week.
• Block schedules will be utilized.

Additional Information:

• Staffing requirements may involve floating to other units based on skill sets and organizational needs.
• Incentives available for assignments requiring travel to specific locations.
• A hotel may be offered for consecutive shifts if floating is required.
• No parking fees at the facility.
• All staff are allowed to wear scrubs of any color; specific colors may be provided for certain roles.
