Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation

Overview

We are searching for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation environment. Our facility specializes in the treatment and recovery of individuals affected by severe injuries or illnesses, focusing on holistic patient care and tailored rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation for various conditions including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic injuries.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while adhering to safety and health protocols.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and self-care strategies.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in a rehabilitation setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with patients and team members.
• Ability to work holidays, including Christmas, as required by the facility.
