CT Scan Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Scan Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with proficiency in general and obstetric (OB) imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced CT imaging procedures.
• Prepare and position patients for examinations ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Ensure high-quality imaging results in line with established protocols.
• Administer contrast material as needed, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Maintain and operate CT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Scan Technologist.
• Current New Mexico state license required.
• ARRT certification in CT is mandatory.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in both general and OB imaging is essential.

Shift Details

This position requires day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with rotating call duties.
