Rehabilitation Nurse

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team in an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care for individuals recovering from various injuries and illnesses, including stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-focused, specialized nursing care tailored to the individual needs of patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans.
• Monitor and assess patients’ progress throughout the recovery journey.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes and care strategies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the state of practice.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
