Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. This position is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit, focusing on patients with neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience.
• Active Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

Shift Information

This position involves three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
