Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on a medical-surgical telemetry unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Must possess a valid, permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Shift Information

The position requires day shift availability, working 3 twelve-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Unit Information

Position is located on the 3 West Tower.
