Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-risk obstetrics and be prepared to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

• Role: Registered Nurse
• Shift: 3×12, Days
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Call Requirements: None

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a high-risk OB setting with 15 labor beds, 9 antepartum beds, and 3 OR suites.
• Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring the safety and well-being of mothers and newborns.
• Assist in the management of high-risk pregnancies and deliveries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• May be required to float to other maternal units, including postpartum and NICU, based on departmental needs.

Qualifications

• Licenses: NV State RN license required prior to start.
• Certifications: NRP, BLS, ACLS required; STABLE certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery at a high-risk hospital. Prior travel experience is required.

Additional Information

• Travelers may be required to work major holidays and are encouraged to pick up additional shifts as needed.
• The organization reserves the right to adjust staff levels based on census and other needs, with possible call-offs for low census.
• Flexible scheduling may include weekends and holidays, and shifts can vary based on departmental requirements.
