LDRP Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated LDRP Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for maternal and neonatal care and will provide exceptional nursing services in a supportive environment.

Shift Information

This position requires 12-hour night shifts and involves on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status continuously.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care.
• Ensure compliance with established protocols and procedures regarding patient care.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a LDRP setting.
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
• Nursing certifications required: AWHONN and NIHSS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Additional Requirements

• Availability for holiday coverage as needed.
