Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room team. This position requires expertise in neuro/spine, ortho/trauma, and general/robotics/trauma procedures, with a strong emphasis on craniotomy and burr hole experiences.

Schedule

• Start Date: 12/7 or 12/21
• Shifts Available:
  • 3×12-hour shifts (06:30 – 19:00)
  • 4×10-hour shifts (options: 0630 – 1700, 0830 – 1900)
  • 5×8-hour shifts (0630 – 1500)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room across various specialties.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Document patient information and care accurately in medical records.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Experience in neuro/spine, ortho/trauma, and general/robotics/trauma surgeries.
• Craniotomy and burr hole surgical experience is mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Additional Information

Flexibility with scheduling, including potential on-call requirements. Late shifts may be necessary, based on operational needs.
