Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with EPIC systems and be fluent in Spanish.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize EPIC for patient documentation and to manage medical records effectively.
• Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as per policy is required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor is required.

Additional Information

Fluency in Spanish is preferred. Candidates with acute care experience and a strong background in patient care are encouraged to apply.
