ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Float to sister ICUs as necessary, ensuring all patients receive the best possible care.

Schedule Requirements

• Day shift: 3×12-hour shifts (07:00 – 19:00).
• Weekends are required, with a commitment to 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period.

Patient Ratios

The expected patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:2.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
• Current and valid nursing license.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Dress Code

All licensed nursing personnel are required to wear solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire, while unlicensed personnel should wear solid hunter green uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable, with exceptions noted for specific departments.
