Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves working night shifts, specifically 3 shifts of 12 hours, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and necessary care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required.
• Current and valid Ohio RN license or a Compact State license in hand.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Shift Requirements

This position requires night shift availability, specifically working three 12-hour shifts each week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
