Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) with circulating experience and proficiency in robotic surgery to join our team. This position involves a 5-day workweek, consisting of 8-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, along with rotational on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of surgical procedures, including preparation, conducting, and post-operative care.
• Ensure a sterile environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals during surgeries.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with general surgery and emergency C-sections as needed while on call.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting.
• Previous travel experience as a nurse required.
• Experience with robotic surgery is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

Additional Information:

Travel required to start at a designated location before resuming the contract at a secondary site. Candidates should be prepared to start within the next 3-5 weeks.
