Registered Nurse – Operating Room (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various surgical specialties and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Schedule

Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room environment.
• Assist with various surgical procedures, including orthopedic, plastics, general, colorectal, and GYN surgeries.
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Assess patients pre- and post-surgery, monitoring vitals and recovery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room specialty required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Holiday Requirements

The candidate must be available to work during major holidays, including two of the following: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day, and one minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve.
