Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer to perform detailed ultrasounds and report findings to multiple MFM physicians. This role involves working with patients who are often experiencing high-risk maternal or fetal conditions, requiring familiarity with advanced ultrasound imaging techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct between 7-9 detailed ultrasounds daily.
• Assist physicians with various procedures, including amniocentesis, amnio reduction, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), and percutaneous umbilical blood sampling (PUBS).
• Perform fetal echocardiography as necessary.
• Effectively communicate findings to MFM physicians.

Work Schedule

The position operates on a 5×8 hour day shift, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend or evening obligations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in OB-GYN ultrasound required.
• Experience in an outpatient setting is required.
• Certification in BLS, ARDMS OB/GYN, and NT is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Epic software is required.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Scrubs may be worn in any solid color, without prints. Candidates must be available to start as soon as possible.
