Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver coordinated nursing care to patients or an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process. This position requires supervising and directing the activities of various levels of nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines. You will utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in your practice.

Patient Population

This unit provides general acute care for a diverse mix of both medical and surgical patients, ensuring that patient populations do not exceed 65% medical or 65% surgical in classification.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a medical-surgical nursing environment is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Work Schedule

This position involves a 12-hour day shift with a total of 36 hours per week.
