Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description

As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in developing individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing residents’ swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities. Your expertise will also be instrumental in reducing aspiration risks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, guiding, and directing the delivery of speech-language pathology services.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and established facility policies.
• Implementing effective communication treatment plans that enhance both expression and understanding.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
• Current Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.

Work Details

• Shift: 8-hour days – 40 hours guaranteed per week
