Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The successful candidate will have the ability to work night shifts and float to various units as needed.

Shift Details

• Night Shift: 17:45 – 06:15
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week

Responsibilities

• Deliver critical care to patients across various units, adhering to high standards of patient safety and quality.
• Monitor patients’ condition and record vital signs accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist with procedures and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a critical care setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically MedHost.

Patient Care Details

• 27 beds in the unit.
• Patient-to-nurse ratio of 2:1, increasing to 3-4:1 under certain conditions.
