Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist with acute care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Washington state license and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality occupational therapy services to patients in an acute care setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Participate in patient assessments and progress evaluations.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in the electronic health record system (Epic).

Job Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Shift: Day shift, 5×8 hours (07:00 AM – 03:00 PM)
• Weekend Requirement: Rotating weekends, approximately every 3-4 weeks
• Patient Ratios: 8-9 patients per therapist
• Floating Between Units: Yes

Qualifications:

• Current Washington state occupational therapy license (WA LIC) in hand is required.
• Minimum of acute care experience; inpatient rehabilitation (IPR) experience is a bonus.
• Strong work ethic and collaborative spirit.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
