Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans to aid in the rehabilitation and recovery of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients’ functional abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and quality of life.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment and rehabilitation processes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• May be required to float to other units or patient care areas as needed based on staffing requirements.

Qualifications:

• A valid Physical Therapist license within the state of Nebraska.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
