ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team in a float pool capacity. This position requires the ability to provide care in various units including ICU, medical/surgical, telemetry, progressive care unit (PCU), and overflow units as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH.
• First-time travelers are accepted, provided they have experience in a facility with 400 beds or more.
• Experience with PA line/Swan Ganz is required; candidates without this experience will not be considered.
• Experience in a large hospital setting is mandatory.

Job Details:

• Shift: 1900-0730 (Night).
• Available shifts: 36 or 48 hours per week.
• Weekend work is required.
• This is a floating position; flexibility to float to various units is required.
• No pending licenses; must have an active RN license at the time of submission.
• No scheduling requests can be accommodated. Maximum of 7 days off; no requests for time off within the first two weeks of the assignment.

Note: The orientation will include an EKG exam that must be passed in order to proceed with the contract.
