Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a long-term care setting. This role involves providing high-quality patient care and support in a mixed patient population, including memory care, dementia, and orthopedic cases.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care and assist with daily living activities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.
• Participate in building orientation and training related to patient lifts and care protocols.

Shifts:

• Available shifts: 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.
• Weekend and holiday requirements: Every other weekend and holiday.

Requirements:

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
