Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, resilient, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Specialty: Emergency Nursing
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks
• Call Requirements: None

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 22
• Patient Ratios: 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 for critical patients, 6:1 for fast track
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Cerner
• Patient Population: All ages, including trauma, STEMIs, psychiatric, cardiac, gastrointestinal, stroke, and more

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
• Years of Experience: 2+ years in emergency nursing preferred
• Required Education: Current RN license
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Previous emergency room experience is essential
• Preferred Skills/Experience: Trauma and pediatric experience

Scrub colors and prints are flexible; however, unacceptable attire includes non-scrubs, T-shirts, open-toe shoes, hoodies, and leggings.

Orientation sessions are held bi-weekly. Please refer to the scheduled orientation dates for new hires.
