Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in neonatal care and be committed to ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the intensive care unit.
• Perform assessments, plan and implement care, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Educate and support families regarding care and treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification.
• Experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care within the last ten (10) years.
