Qualifications

• Required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS
• Years of Experience: 1-2 years in acute care facility
• Float Requirements: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius

Unit Information

• Patient Ratios: 4:1 Day shift; 5:1 Night shift
• EHR: Meditech
• Supervisor: Samantha Saylor

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Experience in neuro care and critical thinking skills.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Previous experience in a similar unit.
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Various neurological conditions.
• Personality Fit: Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Required Education

Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher.
