Inpatient Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care in an acute care setting, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Shifts will be scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Every 3rd or 4th Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pre-Screening and Interview Process

• Candidates will undergo a clinical review to determine clinical fit.
• If deemed suitable, candidates will proceed to an interview with the manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting required.
• Active Pennsylvania state pharmacy license required.
• Experience with EPIC Beacon is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Pyxis automated dispensing systems is required.

Additional Information

• Ability to care for COVID-19 patients may be required.
• This is a tobacco and fragrance-free facility; please notify the candidate prior to submission.
• Maximum allowable time off is 7 days.
• Availability for holidays as needed.
