Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

Join a dedicated team in a 50-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation facility. We specialize in providing rehabilitative services for individuals recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions. Our focus is on helping patients achieve their highest level of recovery and facilitating their return to home as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to acute rehabilitation patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the recovery process.
• Utilize electronic health record systems, specifically EPIC, to document patient care.
• Manage medication distribution through automated systems such as Omnicell.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Experience with EPIC and Omnicell preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
