Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation settings. The ideal candidate will have experience with Epic and Omnicell systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about recovery processes and ongoing care needs.
• Utilize Epic and Omnicell systems for documentation and medication management.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in Wisconsin.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute inpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, specifically Epic and Omnicell.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to patient-centered care.
