Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation

Overview

Join a state-of-the-art, 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation environment focused on the recovery of individuals facing the challenges of severe injuries or illnesses. Our dedicated rehabilitation programs are designed to provide ongoing care and specialized treatment tailored to the unique needs of each patient throughout their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in acute rehabilitation settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as needed to maximize recovery.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and rehabilitation processes.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in rehabilitation or acute care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to support patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Availability to work during holiday periods, including Christmas.
