We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team in providing specialized rehabilitation services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the recovery process of individuals experiencing loss of function due to various injuries or illnesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Rehabilitation Therapist.
• Experience in acute rehabilitation settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse healthcare team.
