Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This position involves working primarily on the Medical-Surgical floor while also assisting in the Obstetrics (OB) unit and the Emergency Department (ED) as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Med-Surg floor.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses across OB, Med/Surg, and ED to ensure seamless patient care.
• Assist in caring for patients in rehabilitation beds referred from Critical Access Hospitals (CAH).
• Take on Med/Surg patients when there are no active OB patients available.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, typically ranging from 1 to 4 patients per shift, with an average total census of 4-5 patients.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
