Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of current operating room experience, with proficiency in circulating roles and familiarity in a variety of surgical cases.

Shift Details

Schedule: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Weekend Requirements: Call duty required

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a fast-paced surgical environment, performing 40-50 cases per week.
• Work effectively within a surgical team, providing excellent patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Handle various types of surgeries, including Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Obstetrics/Gynecology, General Surgery, and Endoscopy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current operating room experience (required).
• Circulating experience is required; scrub experience is highly preferred.
• Proficient in handling cases related to Orthopedics, General Surgery, Endoscopy, Sports Medicine, Gynecology, and C-Sections.
• Total Joints experience is required.
• Previous travel experience is preferred.

Certification Requirements

• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification.
• Active American Heart Association PALS certification.

Additional Information

All licenses and certifications must be current at the time of submission. Candidates must also be willing to take call duty during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
