Job Overview

This position is situated within a skilled nursing environment, focusing on providing both short-term and long-term care for residents. The successful candidate will play a critical role in promoting patient well-being and ensuring high standards of care.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 35 hours per week
• No weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, attending to their daily needs.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to relevant team members.
• Please patients and their families with education on health management and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation.

Qualifications

• Relevant nursing qualifications and licensure.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or LTC environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
