Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team in skilled nursing and assisted living environments. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents while providing quality care and support.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and care plans.
• Monitor and record resident’s health, behavior, and progress, reporting any changes to the appropriate staff.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Implement care plans as directed and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained.
• Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all residents and their families.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and comfort.

Schedule Details

This position requires a commitment of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. There is no weekend rotation required, providing a consistent work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to work with the elderly population.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations.
