Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Work Schedule

• Full-time: 35 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• No weekend rotation required

Facility Information

This position is located in a skilled nursing facility with a capacity of 66 beds, providing a supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor and manage patient condition and report any changes to the medical team.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care for all residents.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, but not required.
