Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being during their rehabilitation and long-term care journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health status, documenting changes accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident-centered care plans.
• Educate residents and their families on health management and care techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility or acute care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

This position offers a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekends required.
